Naps-Sebas lost the first innings battle with Brown Hill on day one, but turned the tables on Saturday to secure the result at Alfredton.
Resuming at 0-14 in their second dig, the Bulls reached 8-144 - a lead of 165 - before declaring in the hope of obtaining outright success.
However, the move backfired as Naps-Sebas hauled in the target with five wickets in hand.
As a result, they secure six points and the Bulls receive four.
Naps-Sebas skipper Matt Ringin claimed another six wickets in the Brown Hill second innings to finish with 12 for the match and was there at the end as his side made the winning runs.
Neil Chalmers was another hero for the winners on Saturday, with his score of 91 coming from 64 balls.
The six points keep Naps-Sebas inside the top four, while the Bulls are now eighth and 14 adrift of fourth spot.
Mt Clear also secured outright victory against East Ballarat and now top the ladder, just ahead of Wendouree, which defeated Darley.
The other game of the round saw North Ballarat beat reigning champions Golden Point, which has slipped to fifth.
