Shaun Jeffrey will play his 300th match on the weekend as the Mounties take on VRI Delacombe in the one-day A grade competition.
Jeffrey, who has captained the side for over a decade, follows in the foot steps of brother Paull who has also played 300 games while his father Graeme played over 250 and grandfather, Ron, also played 250 games.
He will be the seventh Mt Clear player to join the 300-club.
Jeffrey said the highlight of his time had definitely been the four premierships and having success on the field with friends and plenty of good times off the field.
Over his 14 seasons he has notched up over 2000 runs and taken 250 wickets.
Mt Clear will be hoping to celebrate the milestone with a victory against a VRI Delacombe side that has only had one win for the season.
The Mounties sit second on the ladder, but will need victory to stay at the top in what is a competitive top four.
