Thai 17-year-old Phachara Khongwatmai might not have won the $1.75 million World Super 6, but Canberra golfer Matthew Millar is predicting big things for the youngster.

West Australian Brett Rumford was too good for Khongwatmai in the final, winning 2&1 to claim the inaugural title in Perth on Sunday.
The event combined stroke play over the first three days with match play on the final day, with Rumford taking out both sections to be a deserved winner.
Millar finished tied 20th after the first three days to sneak into the play-offs before making a charge to the quarter-finals, where he lost to a red-hot Khongwatmai.
He said his seventh-placed finish was a big boost for the rest of the year.
"The young kid's a bit of a superstar, he's got some big raps on him and he was 4-under through five. I was 2-under, but missed a couple of chances as well, but played quite solidly," Millar said.
"Just one of those things you can run into a person in form over a short sprint, that's what happens. Pretty disappointing to get knocked out of the race for victory.
"???He's 17 years old and he's one they're all putting a few marks on. He's got a few hangers on at the moment."
Millar will play in the Ricky Stuart Foundation golf day on Monday before he heads across the ditch for the New Zealand PGA and the NZ Open.
