The Bloods announced Ramsay’s death on Thursday on their website.
Ramsay spent 2014 and 2015 with the Ballarat Football League as a goal kicking forward after being recruited from Hoppers Crossing.
He made an immediate impact with sevens goals on debut in round one, 2014.
Ramsay played 29 games in the two seasons.
