The ledger sits at one win apiece this season as Lara and Queenscliff prepare for battle.
Awaiting the winner is a place in the Ballarat-Geelong premier bowls division grand final.
The Cliffers won the first encounter between the two sides back in round six before Lara got the result when the teams met again in February.
Saturday’s clash comes about after Lara lost the semi-final match-up by 10 shots against minor premiers Ocean Grove, which have booked a place in the decider.
The Cliffers won their spot in the preliminary final against Lara after beating Sebastopol by five shots in the knockout game last weekend.
This Saturday’s match is scheduled at Ocean Grove.
