Washington: Just as Americans were glued to the demise of Trump's first migration executive order [EO-1], by the hand of a judge in a Seattle court in February, they watched again on Wednesday evening as Judge Derrick Watson, sitting on a Pacific Ocean island, froze implementation of Trump's second order [EO-2] hours before it was to come into force.
