Ballarat City Councillor Daniel Moloney has called for a report into possible road safety improvements along Remembrance Drive between Burrumbeet and Lucas. Cr Moloney said he was concerned by the number of recent serious road accidents in that area, particularly given the amount of growth expected in Ballarat West. He asked the report be presented to VicRoads as the road’s controlling authority and Cr Des Hudson said the report should also go to Ballarat’s Road Safety Advisory Committee.
