Six girls will make their debuts in the second round encounter with Geelong Falcons at Bell Post Hill on Saturday.
Rebels talent manager Phil Partington said at the outset of the season that all of 44-strong squad would get a match in the five-round season.
Lauren Sykes (Ararat), Georgia Clarke (South West), Katie McAloon (Redan), Amelia Cross (Ballarat), Sophie Draffin (Vite Vite) and Jaymie Saunders (North Ballarat) have been added to the team which defeated Western Jets in the opening game.
The Falcons are also on one win after having the better of Northern Knights.
Rebels sit fourth in the 12-team competition and Falcons fifth.
