Senior women and youth girls have been revamped and each split into two divisions as has a junior competition for under-13s.
The senior competition will comprise divisions one and two, with each crossing regional boundaries.
Youth girls and juniors will be geographically based in the Ballarat and Riddell District leagues.
All up 38 teams have entered in what will be easily the biggest year for women’s football in AFL Goldfields.
The season, which starts on Sunday, April 30, will culminate with grand finals for all competitions on Sunday, September 10.
