Maddy Selmon and Ange Stoneman will debut as the players look to win their third game in the five round season against Sandringham Dragons at Rams Arena in Craigieburn.
Head coach Jeff Whittaker said notching a couple of wins already had been really pleasing for the group, especially since 15 girls on the list had limited or no football experience prior to the opening match.
Whittaker said the final round would bring a mixture of excitement for the first-gamers and a touch of sadness for those playing their last match due to their age.
Rebels talent manager Phil Partington also noted the debuts would mean every girl in the TAC Cup Girls squad would have played at least one game during the season.
The Rebels sit seventh on the ladder with two wins and two losses.
The Dragons sit just below the Rebels in eighth with only percentage separating the two teams.
