Ryan, from Donvale, led from start to finish and recorded a time of 13.72sec in beating Bridget Powell and Maddie Coates.
The youngster was heavily supported in betting on Friday night – some bookmakers had her at $31 before the event – and started favourite before running third in her heat. Ryan then convincingly won her semi-final and produced again in the decider.
Ryan’s victory came from a handicap of 11m and earns her $40,000.
