Ballarat won four of the seven age groups to claim overall victory with 279 points, well clear of second-placed Bendigo on 142.
Ballarat won the under-8s, 10s, 14s and youth girls categories.
The under-8s and 14s were the standout teams, going through undefeated.
Smith was rapt with the output from all the players and felt the results were a positive indication that the program is working and developing its juniors in the right way.
