Police have netted two offenders during a major police operation spanning from Friday night through to Sunday afternoon.
A Victoria Police spokesman confirmed two offenders had been arrested during the operation in Wendouree and were currently being interviewed by police.
Uniformed and non-uniformed police swarmed to Forest Street, Wendouree at around midday on Sunday on the hunt for offenders.
One male was arrested at the front of a Forest Street property while another man was arrested in the area.
Neither have been charged at this stage.
The spokesman said the airwing had been called to assist during “Operation Reorder”.
“Victoria Police have been running an operation since Friday to crackdown on crime in Ballarat and the surrounding areas,” the spokesman said.
“Police are continuing investigations (in relation to) stolen property and outstanding warrants as part of Operation Reorder.
“The police airwing was also involved this morning with a search for two people who have been taken into custody and are assisting police with enquiries.”

At least one man has been arrested during a police operation involving the airwing and dog squad in Wendouree this morning.
Uniformed and non-uniformed police members swarmed Forest Street, Wendouree in search of alleged offenders at around midday on Sunday.
A man was arrested by a number of police in the front yard of a Forrest street property.
At least one man has been arrested during a police operation in Wendouree.
He has been transported to the Ballarat Police Station.
Police have been contacted for comment.
