Gardener and former florist Greg Block has owned Cameron House for 17 years and in that time transformed it from an old boot factory, into a picture of colour and greenery.
With more than 1000 pot plants, box hedges and well kept garden path Mr Block said he was still changing and shaping it.
“Sometimes I get sick of a path somewhere, so I rip it up and put it somewhere else,” he said.
“People who visit are amazed at the variety of pants and the number of them I have.
“They ask about different things and I just explain what I do to get the plants growing.”
Cameron House was built about 1855 and later spent 50 years as a boot factory.
Mr Block bought the house in 2001, when the garden was mostly bush, and has since removed trees.
Mr Block welcomed visitors for Open Garden Victoria.
