Police members from Task Force Razon stopped a vehicle just after midnight on Sunday, May 14, after noticing it allegedly being driven erratically from a Mornington licenced premises.
The driver, a 52-year-old Maryborough woman, returned a positive preliminary breath test and later returned an evidentiary breath test result of 0.175 per cent.
She had her licence immediately suspended for 12 months and will be charged on summons.
Less than two hours later, police spotted the same vehicle again being driven through Mornington and pulled it over.
This time it was the husband who returned a positive preliminary breath test, before returning an evidentiary breath test result of 0.131 per cent.
The 55-year-old Maryborough man also had his licence suspended for 12 months and was issued with a penalty notice.
