The team, made up of year 12 students, won four of its eight matches.
The spirit award is an accumulation of scores after each game, where each team gives a score out of 10 to the opposing team based on the spirit shown throughout the game.
The votes were then tallied for a final result.
The unique part about the frisbee game is there are no umpires, and the players respect the rules and follow them accordingly in a show of team spirit and maturity.
Damascus school captain Flynn Jamieson also made the team of the tournament.
The competition was open to years 10 to 12 in a five-a-side format, with more than 10 schools participating from Melbourne, Geelong and Ballarat.
