A Ballarat man accused of entering a home with a gun has indicated he will plead guilty.

Brandon Burt told the Ballarat Magistrates Court on Thursday he was guilty of three charges stemming from the January 15 incident.
The court was told Burt entered a home with a firearm and intentionally criminally damaged the property.
Magistrate Ronald Saines committed Burt to the County Court on the Ballarat circuit starting on July 31.
Burt is charged with aggravated burglary with a firearm, criminal damage and a prohibited person possessing a firearm.
Burt was remanded in custody.
