The Strikers are in need of a win after mustering a draw and three losses in their first four outings.
Eighth-placed Keilor Park is coming off its first win of the season against Preston Lions, which sit bottom of the ladder, and is positioned just above the Strikers with two more points.
Strikers coach Laura Brady said one of the major focuses this week has been on ensuring the team is defending as a unit and addressing the amount of goals it concedes, with an average of three goals per game so far this season.
Eliza Clayworth will have her first start of the season in the centre of midfield, Alyson Pym will start at centre back in an attempt to shore up the back line after impressing in the position last week and Claire Demuth will move to striker.
The Strikers have not played Keilor Park in state league one north-west before, with the team promoted to the top level of competition at the end of last season.
