Both players signed with the club in April and the overseas exhibition matches were their first time on court with their new team mates.
Moller said while not everyone was available to travel, it was a good chance to start building chemistry.
“We were on buses, the hotel and planes together for a week straight so it was really positive,” he said.
Melbourne United won both its games.
“When I get to Melbourne I will probably come off the bench, but because we didn’t have the full squad I was able to start both games,” Moller said.
“It’s another step up for me so I was pretty happy with how it all went.”
Moller previously played for Sydney Kings, starting out as a development player under Kings’ coach Andrew Gaze in the 2016-17 season.
Moller and Gaze cross paths again on Saturday night when the Ballarat GMHBA Miners take on Gaze’s Melbourne Tigers in the South East Australian Basketball League.
