Helping needy brace elements

PEOPLE are being urged to give their old winter jackets a second chance and help the homeless. Anaconda Ballarat, teaming with snow brand XTM Performance, are collecting unwanted snow jackets to distribute to the nation’s needy to help them stay warmer this winter.
