Stewart had five winners, including the first four events.
Celebrity Guest ($1.40 favourite) launched the sequence in a C1 pace final, 1710m.
Belgian driver Sidney Van Den Brande had the reins, giving him his second win in Australia.
Champion reinsman Gavin Lang then combined with Stewart to score on Victoria Oaks winner Miss Graceland ($1.04 favourite) in a C2-C3 pace, 1710m; Solid As A Rock ($1.10 favourite) in a C1 pace, 2200m; Poster Boy ($1.40 favourite) in the $15,000 2yo Rising Star, 2200m; and Delight Me ($1.30 favourite) in the inaugural running of the Brian Frawley Memorial Pace, 1710m.
A half-brother to stablemate and grand circuit pacer Yankee Rockstar, Poster Boy was having just his second race start.
Stewart did not have everything her own way though.
Husband and wife trainer and driver combination Andy and Kate Gath combined with Star of Memphis ($9.40) to upstage Stewart-trained Victoria Derby champion Our Little General in the $15,000 Colin and Heather Holloway 3yo Classic, 1609m.
Star of Memphis led and rated a slick 1:55.8.
Red Hot Tooth ($2.30 favourite) took out the group 2 $30,000 John Slack Memorial Trotters Cup[, 2200m.
She found the lead and dictated terms for trainer Kari Males and driver Zac Phillips.
