Vic Country trailed by 12 points at three-quarter time but piled on four unanswered goals in the final term to win the game.
Meek had an impact at the stoppages and finished with 12 disposals, 16 hitouts, six clearances and one goal.
Vic Country head coach Mat Battistello also has a Rebels connection as a former assistant coach.
