Daniel Duhovic will plead guilty to one charge of murder and one charge recklessly cause injury, after fatally shooting Bacchus Marsh man Paul Hogan on Tuesday 24 May 2016 outside his home in Labilliere Street, as he sat in his white van.

Hogan’s alleged girlfriend, 26-year old Yo Tung Lo was arrested by Homicide Squad detectives on the Wednesday night (25 May, 2016) and also charged with one count of murder.
She is yet to appear in the Melbourne Magistrate court on Monday and has not entered a plea.
