Ballarat police have issued an appeal for public assistance to help locate 60-year-old Rian James Holden, who is wanted on several warrants.

Officers said Mr Holden, who was living in Alfredton in 2010, could be travelling between Western Australia and Ballarat.
Mr Holden was running a private ambulance company called Event Medical Solutions in Victoria back in 2011.
It offered services for events including motorsports, concerts, rodeos, plus movie and television work.
Event Medical Solutions was hired by Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo company to provide medical services on the Victorian leg of her Australian tour in 2010.
Harpo spokesman Don Halcombe confirmed to The Courier in 2010 that Mr Holden's business was one of the more than 120 Victorian vendors hired during the Winfrey trip.
