Cheryl Fitzpatrick, Annalee Hills and Kim Dummett have been declared winners of the Ladies’ Winter Cup at Ballarat Golf Club, coming away with a three-point victory.

The trio came away with 53 points, and was followed closely by Jen Forbes, Judith Templar and Virgina Farley-Mercer on 50 points.
In third place were competitors Pauline Murphy, Jill Dunne and Marion Woodward on 48 points, who earned outright third position on a count back after five teams finished the day on 48.
The event, originally named the Callinan Cup, encourages members to play golf in the cooler weather and allows three members of the team to play together.
There were 87 participants from a range of golf clubs including Ballarat, Gisborne, Warrnambool, Barwon Heads, Lonsdale, Royal Melbourne and Commonwealth.
