She received the award as part of the league’s women in football round.
Baker has had various roles at junior and senior level over the past 13 years.
She began her involvement with the club at junior level in 2005, helping out with the canteen, washing jumpers, game-day set-up, team manager, assistant treasurer and secretary.
Baker joined the senior club in 2013 and tasks have included secretary and volunteer coordinator.
BFNL operations manager Scott Carey said the award recognised Baker’s dedication to football in the community.
“Karen is an outstanding volunteer and a much-deserved winner of the award,” he said.
Baker told Friday’s BFNL women in football that she was honoured.
"There are many women around football netball clubs who do a million and one jobs; and I really feel honoured to win the award," she said.
