Aiden Domic, Jordan Johnston and Lloyd Meek are among 83 players from around Australia invited to the testing at Etihad Stadium on October 3-6.
The combine will feature 25 Vic Country players and 29 from Vic Metro
Geelong Falcons and Bendigo Pioneers each have six invitees.
Other players will get invitations to state combines over the next few weeks.
