Spectators can instead use a bus service from Ballarat’s central business district or the Ballarat West Employment Zone on game day.
It will also service the live site where fans can watch the game on a big screen at Ballarat Showgrounds.
Patrons are encouraged to use the shuttle service because parking around Mars Stadium will be restricted.
Ballarat City Council will close Creswick Road to car parking between Howitt and Norman Streets.
Buses and taxi services, and pick-ups and drop-offs will be available in that area.
The east bound left lane on Howitt Street from White Avenue will be single lane only for a vehicle drop-off and pick-up point.
A free shuttle bus will leave from the corner of Coffee Palace Lane and Mair Street, south of the Ballarat Railway Station from 10.30am.
The service will run on a continuous loop to the stadium and showgrounds.
Patrons can also park at BWEZ on Ballarat Link Road then take a shuttle bus to the stadium.
It will also run on a loop from 10.30am, via the Ballarat regional tennis and table tennis centres on Dowling Street.
Additional V/Line services have also been scheduled for the Ballarat rail line.
Shuttle buses will stop at the Ballarat Town Hall and Ballarat Railway Station for patrons leaving Mars Stadium from 3.30pm after the game.
Beech Avenue, Iris Avenue, Linden Avenue, Brighton Court, Essex Street, Shelley Street, Brinkley Avenue and White Avenue will be accessible for local traffic.
Parking at Mars Stadium will be available at the Wendouree Sports Precinct, on Norman Street, and at the Midlands Golf Club.
Western Bulldogs are set to release another limited amount of tickets for round 22 clash in Ballarat.
Initial ticket allocations were exhausted last month, but a second release will be made available on Wednesday at 10am.
Meanwhile, East Point juniors are helping ensure this city is completely dog-friendly by AFL game day.
Junior Bulldogs have joined The Courier’s Adopt a Dog campaign, sharing what it means to be a Bulldog and encouraging everyone to find a player to cheer.
