Ballarat police are hunting a man who crashed into two parked cars in Ballarat East this morning, before fleeing on foot.

Police say the car, which was stolen, crashed into the parked cars on Scott Parade about 9.20am.
The white Holden Commodre had been stolen from a Miners Rest property at 5.30am.
Police are now searching for a man who was seen exiting the driver’s seat of the vehicle before fleeing on foot along Scott Parade.
He has been described as Caucasian, approximately 20 years old and about 185cm tall with a thin build.
The man was wearing a blue jacket, blue overalls/jeans, a black jumper and a blue and cream baseball cap.
