Scotland lifted Darley to third position on the BFL ladder and will lead the Devils into battle against Bacchus Marsh in the grand final at Mars Stadium on Saturday.
He returned to Darley this year – the club where he played as a junior before embarking on a distinguished AFL playing career with Collingwood and Carlton.
Scotland was also named on a half back flank in the BFL team of the year.

He returned to Lakers this year to take up the coaching role.
