Cape, who was unavailable on day one, took 6-16 as the Lions stunningly knocked over Naps-Sebas for 69 runs.
Darley added just four runs to its day one score, Cape coming in at number 11, only to see two deliveries as his teammates fell around him.
Naps-Sebas needed 97 runs for victory and at 2-37 looked to be on track. But Cape brought about the Naps-Sebas demise, taking six of the last eight wickets.
Captain Michael Alexander said it was an outstanding performance by the bowlers. While Cape took the honours on the scorecard, it was a stingy Lions attack that kept constant pressure on the home side.
"The bowlers were excellent. All five of them executed really well,” Alexander said.
