The International Association of Ultrarunners event is set down for Sveti Martin na Muri on September 8.
Fraser achieved the mark, which will automatically qualify her for a berth in the Australian team, in taking out the Ned Kelly Chase over 100km at Wangaratta on Sunday.
She won in a race record time of eight hours, 16 minutes, 30 seconds – 38 minutes clear of her nearest rival.
He time shaved 28 minutes off the course record.
The course comprised a 50km out and back loop on the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail, and then a 50km out and back loop on the Ovens River, One Mile Creek and Milawa/Oxley Rail Trail.
Already an Australian representative, Fraser is enjoying another fine year.
Her successes include setting a Guinness world record for running 50km on a treadmill at Ballarat Aquatic Centre in July.
