I'm in Clarinda Shopping Centre (circa 1980s, for sure) and, despite there being precisely five people here on this quiet weekday, I seem to be bumping into each and every one of them. I have near misses crossing onto the footpath, in the quiet, oh so quiet, aisles of the local Woolworths, and then again when I'm behind the wheel of my car. When I need to go, I'm surprised that all five are not queuing up to get into the stinky Exeloos, too.
