The team received the honour for a marketing campaign for an Eversley property.
Ballarat Real Estate general manager Allister Morrison said he believed the extent and extravagance of the campaign were what caught the judges’ attention.
“There were a range of marketing initiatives we did from drone photography, video content and print media,” he said.
“Our office was the only regional agent in the state to win an award this year, so it highlights, in our minds, the fact that how we practise real estate here in Ballarat is best practice, even in relation to our big city partners down in Melbourne.
“The award is the gold standard of industry performance for the state. It’s pretty much the pinnacle for real estate.”
Mr Morrison said because the awards were industry-based rather than franchise-based, they were hotly-contested and difficult to achieve.
“The service and professionalism our clients experience here is equal to if not better than what our Melbourne agents are putting out,” he said.
