Ruby Davoren was granted bail application at the Ballarat Magistrates Court on Wednesday after spending nearly a week in custody.
Police prosecutor Senior Constable Helen Farmer told the court police executed a search warrant at a Mt Pleasant property on December 1 at 9.05am.
She said a number of people inside the Saunders Close home were separated and searched by police.
Senior Constable Farmer said co-accused Anthony Scott emptied his pockets but police saw him playing with something.
“His hands were removed by police and a number of small deal bags fell on the ground,” Senior Constable Farmer said.
The small deal bags allegedly contained a white crystal substance, methamphetamine, the court was told.
Senior Constable Farmer said a black Toyota Cruiser, well known to police to be used by Scott, was parked outside the front of the property.
Police approached the vehicle to search it when they allegedly found Davoren sleeping in the back car seat.
Senior Constable Farmer said police located a black case inside the vehicle which contained 120 grams of a white crystal substance, cash, a necklace and ring.
She said the accused had a small round plastic container containing a white crystal substance located within her bra.
Davoren and the co-accused were arrested and taken to the Ballarat Police Station.
During a police interview, Davoren allegedly stated she had travelled to Melbourne with the co-accused the night before her arrest and returned early in the morning.
Police opposed Davoren's bail application, saying she would continue to involve herself in drug activity.
Davoren's defence lawyer said her client was employed and currently working.
Magistrate Peter Reardon granted Davoren bail with strict conditions, including to live at a static address, report to police three times a week, comply with the Court Integrated Services Program program and abide by a curfew.
Mr Reardon ordered her to not associate with co-accused Anthony Scott, Cameron Hay and Zane Pfeiffer.
Davoren is charged with one count of trafficking a drug of dependence. She will return to court on January 18.
