James Doherty (Ballarat-Redan), Joshua Pegg (Golden Point), Daniel Lalor (Bacchus Marsh) and Darcy McRostie (Muckleford) are all part of the team which will compete at the titles in South East Queensland during February next year.
For Doherty, this is his second season representing Victoria Country, while Daniel Lalor has now joined his two brothers in being selected in state teams during 2017-18.
“It is a great achievement by the Central Highlands region to have four boys selected in the one state team,” regional cricket manager Campbell Waring said.
“It is a credit to all the boys and their families for their commitment they put into their sport and it is also a testament to the region, its program and the great coaches that we have to see these boys being selected in these squads.”
