Ballarat Bowling Club will host the last day of competition, which will see eight players fight for the association’s top honours.
Play is set to commence from 9.30am.

- Buninyong’s annual triples tournament saw 42 bowlers take to the greens last Sunday.
The tournament consisted of three games of 12 ends, with the rink of Mick Storey, Jess Douglass and Margaret Saltana taking the title.
A team skippered by Steve Gollan was runners-up.
- This Sunday, the Ballarat Gold Diggers will play the Bendigo junior representative side at the Webbcona Bowling Club from 9.30am.
The Ballarat side includes Madison Hollingworth, Dusty Irwin, Rebecca Cooper, Ethan Kennedy, William Matthews, Oscar Jones, Harley Irwin, Michael Booth, James Molloy, Sophie Kurzman, Aiden Bedggood, Jarrad Matthews, Oliver Ericson, Adam Hollingworth, Josh Stephall, and Sam Edmonds.

- Ballarat District Bowls Division past president Ross Jones is looking around for entries for this season’s Heartbeat Tournament, which is to be played on Sunday, January 14.
Mixed fours teams may be lodged by Monday, January 8 through Jones on 0417 108 508 or Lionel on 0417 093 001.
A registration fee of $40 will apply.
The afternoon tournament will be played at both Ballarat and City Oval bowling clubs.
Proceeds from the day will go to Ballarat Health Services and St John of God Ballarat Hospital.
- The BDBD conducted the annual Christmas fours competition at Buninyong on Tuesday.
Helen Slater, Yvonne Clark, Fran Haddock and Barbara Voigt won the day’s competition by two shots from runners-up Elizabeth Kierce, Sally McCracken, Eileen Devenish and Michelle Tait.
- There is just one more round in both the weekend and midweek pennant before Christmas.
The BDBD weekend pennant and Geelong-Ballarat Premier Bowls competitions will finish up for the mid-season break after Saturday afternoon’s games, before the midweek pennant divisions take a break after next Monday’s round of matches.
