Roscholler retained his spot in the side having also been selected last year, he will head to Western Australia shortly in preparation for the Championships which will be held from January 3-14.
The Ballarat Cricket Association premiership captain is again enjoying a strong season for the Red Caps, averaging 32.5 runs, including 98 runs in his last outing, the sixth-most proficient in the BCA.
The team will play five twenty20 and five one-day matches against last year’s overall winners Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia and East Asia Pacific at Geraldton.
Victoria finished runners-up to New South Wales in the one-day matches last season but struggled in the twenty20 section, finishing fifth, ahead of Western Australia.
The squad is made up of 14 players with three emergencies.
