The six-year-old had to settle for second to the Darren Weir-trained Unfurl in the 1800m assignment this year.
Vianden takes an almost identical form-line into the race, having completed back-to-back Wycheproof-Nhill Cups doubles.
Coffey had five nominations for the Burrumbeet Cup, but top weight Vianden will be his only starter in the nine-strong field.
Ballarat’s Charles Quick will saddle up two starters in the cup – Jimmie Jim and Saintly Manner.
Jimmie Jim has a form-line through the Ballarat Cup in November, while Saintly Manner is a Burrumbeet track specialist.
The eight-year-old has raced on the course three times for a win in 2016 and two thirds, including a placing in the 2015 Burrumbeet Cup.
This will be only Saintly Manner’s fourth start since finishing third in a benchmark58 at Burrumbeet this year and second outing since January.
Darren Weir is chasing his fourth Burrumbeet Cup with Palmnera Lad, which has not won since October last year.
Weir first claimed the race with Surfie Pete in 2005 and repeated the dose with Surfie Pete in 2006.
He won again with Heisman in 2014 and then Unfurl this year.
Ballarat trainers have a strong record in the race, with the likes of Glen and Barry James (Asset and Sylvan Heights), Terry Kelly (Skalaad), Anne Robinson (More Business), Mark Lewis (A Grade), Ken Moore (Gottino) and Bob Keirl (Another Chance) in the winners' stall in the past two decades.
Mandy Shillito and Julie Scott will join Quick and Weir in attempting to maintain the strike rate on Monday.
Scott has one of the strongest chances in Hospeda, which won consecutive races at Avoca and Mortlake in October-November and has been in the placings in his latest two starts.
Treasure Map is attempting to win the cup for a second time, having previously saluted in 2016.
Burrumbeet Park and Windermere Racing Club has programmed seven races for the non-TAB meeting, with the first at 1.25pm.
The Cup will be the last event at 5.20pm.
The meeting shapes as one of the strongest for the club in many years, with five races attracting capacity line-ups.
