The trio will be inducted at Monday night's Allan Border function in Melbourne.
Ponting is one of the best players in cricket history and holds the Australian records for most runs in Tests and one-day internationals.
He captained Australia to their 2003 and '07 World Cup wins and was the first player to reach 100 Test wins.
Well-known for his love of greyhounds and nicknamed Punter, he became a key player in the Australian teams that dominated world cricket through his international career from 1995-2012.
Among his many achievements, he also ended his career as Australia's most capped Test and ODI player and had a record 324 matches as Australian captain across all formats.
Ponting and Michael Clarke, his successor as Australian captain, are the only players to have won four Allan Border Medals.
The one glaring black mark on Ponting's Test captaincy was three losing Ashes series, including the 2005 and '09 campaigns in England.
Rolton had a 14-year international career from 1995 and captained Australia from 2007-09.
Her 209no against England in 2001 was then a women's Test record score.
The all-rounder was the inaugural ICC women's player of the year in 2006 and she played in Australia's 1997 and 2005 World Cup winning teams.
O'Neill was one of the best batsmen of his era, playing 42 Tests from 1958-65.
His top score was 181, in the famous 1960 tied Test against the West Indies.
O'Neill's Test captain Richie Benaud called him one of the greatest entertainers in Australian cricket.
He died in 2008, aged 71, and his son Mark will represent him at the induction.
