The 13-year-old, who was the second seed, won six matches to then knock off top seed Luke Cosgriff in the final.
Luu won the final in six sets and also claimed the under-21 singles title.
While Denise Lim won the women’s singles.
Flying the Ballarat flag was Mark Smith and Glenn Carman who took out the over-30s doubles. They also finished runner-up in the division one doubles.
Ballarat youngster Darcy Simpson won the under-9 singles.
Paralympian Rory Carroll came runner-up in the open para singles.
In division two, Ballarat team Glenn Carman and Michael Pye finished runner-up in the doubles.
The tournament saw 111 players compete in what was a well-attended event.
