Central Highlands Football League will play Riddell District on Saturday, May 19.
The CHFL met Geelong District at Bungaree in 2016 and Loddon Valley there in 2014.
Ballarat will also be the venue for a clash between the Horsham District and West Gippsland-based Ellinbank District leagues.
They will meet at the City Oval to save travelling.
