BALLARAT'S MICA paramedics will not hand in their resignations tomorrow.A last minute pay deal with Ambulance Victoria was reached today, averting a mass resignation by most of Victoria's 345 MICA paramedics.Ambulance Employees Australia state secretary Steve McGhie said new classifications of MICA paramedics would be introduced, which would also include new rates of pay.''A deal has been reached and the resignations have been withdrawn,'' Mr McGhie said.
