FIREFIGHTERS have contained a suspicious grass fire at Delacombe.The fire started in Greenhalghs Rd just before 2pm.It was brought under control soon after, but flared up for a second time in the hot conditions.According to the Bureau of Meteorology, Ballarat's temperature tipped 33.3C at the Ballarat Airport at 2pm.Police believe the fire was deliberately lit and are investigating.More to come.
