In response to Marg and Leon Halliday's letter, I understand their concerns, and am well aware of the problem of the lack of dump points, and cheaper overnight camping areas.However, I have been working with the Ballarat City Council on this situation, and investigation of a suitable site and planning is well advanced.At the moment, several sites have been investigated, recommendations have been investigated, and recommendations have been prepared for the council's consideration.We are hopeful of a decision in the near future.DOUG JOHNSONCMCA Dump Point CommitteeMount Helen
