There is significant evidence of childhood sexual abuse at the hands of Catholic teachers who taught in Ballarat in the 1960s and '70s.
The very people who were given the most precious task of educating and teaching our children, committed crimes that destroyed the lives and future potential of boys who had the capacity to succeed.
Any potential to succeed was extinguished by the calculating and sexual deviant behaviour of these criminal monsters.
The citizens of Ballarat need to support these victims of unimaginable heinous crimes by demanding an inquiry into the actions of the Catholic Church and the massive cover-up by the Catholic hierarchy.
