I REGRET that Mr Toohey's experience with both the Ballarat City Council administration and their staff who work as carers, has been so negative.
Having needed regular daily visits from BCC home carers, I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the carers and their work.
Their professionalism, dedication and expertise in fulfilling the required tasks certainly has earned my respect and gratitude.
