We LOVE the City of Ballarat respite service. I have three high-needs children and value and appreciate the respite I receive every week. I would not survive without them.
Yes the cost has gone up but this is the government's fault not the council's.
The workers are all well trained, beautiful people. I know this because I work for the Registered Training Organisation that provides their training.
They all have done the mandatory training plus much more. The quality of the training is of a high standard meeting all the elements required.
We need to support our local council staff not downgrade them.
Keep up the great work because we appreciate it.
Well done to the council for such a high quality, great service. I for one would not survive without you.
