VICTORIAN Women's Football League will continue to investigate why North Ballarat walked off the ground in a clash with Bendigo last Sunday.
The league confirmed no reports were made from the north-west division match and the result — a 23-point win to Bendigo — would stand.
But the league was unable to decide if further action was necessary until it meets formally with the Eagles next week.
The Eagles have not confirmed reasons for ending the match with about three minutes to play in the final term.
