A DRUNKEN teenager literally found himself with a hole in his back-pocket this morning after he was left dangling on a fence in the Ballarat CBD.
The 19-year-old man was left hanging by the back of his pants on the fence in Alfred Deakin Place and was only able to be freed when firefighters came to the rescue about 3.40am.
The incident occured between Lydiard Street and Camp Street, with police, ambulance and the CFA in attendance to free the man.
Police say it was not known exactly what he was doing, although he was heavily intoxicated at the time.
He was arrested by police, spent the night in the cells and was issued with a $489 penalty notice.
